Refund and Returns Policy

At GerTools, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging when possible
  • Not be damaged due to misuse

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, processing may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
