Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all eligible UK orders.
1–3 Day Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday.
UK Delivery Only
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM (GMT, London). Orders placed before this time begin processing the same business day; orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day. Processing takes place Monday–Friday.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping: 7–15 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Estimated total delivery time: 8–18 business days from order placement (processing time plus transit time combined). Shipments are handed to the carrier Monday–Friday.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, delivered directly to the customer’s address.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email when available.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GerTools is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
